Warranty Information

Korchmar bags and accessories are meticulously crafted using top-quality materials and all of our products are built to last. It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

For five years following the date of your purchase, Korchmar will repair or replace your item (at our option) without charge if there are any defects in either material or workmanship. In the unlikely event that a defect occurs, simply send the piece to us at the address below with a brief explanation, your receipt, and return shipping information:

We will return your repaired bag or send your replacement within six to eight weeks. Please note that all warranty claims must be processed directly through Korchmar.

Also note that Korchmar’s Five Year Guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear and it specifically excludes claims for any item other than the piece itself. Our Guarantee also excludes bags that have been intentionally altered by the customer, except for monogramming. Any common carriers – planes, trains, ships, etc. – are solely responsible for damage to business cases that are incurred while in their possession. We do not recommend ever checking business cases as luggage. We will make every effort to repair damages due to misuse or accidents at a moderate charge. This guarantee does not cover scars, wrinkles, or minor scratches that are natural to all leathers.
