We Do Logos

Custom Manufacturing
Many times, our clients have the need for products that simply do not exist. We enjoy the challenge of taking a simple concept and adding the right features to create real value for you. Whether you're looking for a completely unique design, or a custom enhancement to an existing product, The Korchmar TeamSolutions are experienced in working with just this kind of request. Custom Manufacturing is a regular part of our business. We have a long heritage in the leather and fabric case and accessory business.

The benefit of working with the Korchmar.com
TeamSolutions is not just cost savings, its added value. By creating and sourcing the product ourselves, we are able to include many value-added features at a cost that is lower than any off the shelf product. And we handle all of the details, from concept, to illustration, prototype, production, and delivery.

Custom designed products don't always mean container-loads of goods. We can work in quantities that just might surprise you.

Tell us a little bit about what you'd like to accomplish, and we'll be happy to explore a solution to meet your needs.

Korchmar Custom Options
Applying your brand name, trademark, or logo to a product can make a real statement about your company. The right logo application brings added brand exposure, enhances moral and helps build loyalty.

TeamSolutions understands that a custom decorated product is only as good as the decoration itself. To this end, we go beyond the norm to make sure that the finished product meets your high standards.

We provide several customization options to help you make the right statement about your company.

Screen Printing
Multi-color artwork is converted into unique layers of like colors, converted to a negative image, and printed onto clear film. The image is transferred to the underside of a fine mesh screen. Thick color-rich ink is forced through the screen using a squeegee, leaving a color imprint on the material beneath it. Each color is applied as a separate layer much like a stencil. Depending on the material and ink used, the printed piece may be run through a dryer to heat-cure the ink. Other types of ink are air, or U.V. cured.

Embroidery
Artwork is plotted on a computer, converting blocks of color into individual needle paths. This plot path is called a Stitch File. An embroidery machine then stitches colored thread into the material, creating a rich dimensional image. The stitch file is unique to the artwork that was used to create it. Changes in dimension, addition or deletion of colors or components require the stitch file to be edited.

Debossing or Blind Stamping
A photo-etched metal die is created, with artwork raised out of the die surface in mirror image to the original artwork. The die is then brought into contact with the material (usually leather or vinyl) under tremendous pressure and heat. When the die is removed, the artwork is pressed into the material leaving an elegant understated imprint. Debossing is occasionally referred to as Blind Stamping. Under certain conditions, metallic foil is placed on top of the material surface prior to the die making contact. The result is a reflective silver or gold imprint, called Foil Stamping.

Laser engraving
Laser engraving provides a permanent image by burning your corporate logo into the product. This process gives your logo a clean, smooth, polished appearance on metal products. In addition to exceptional detail that your logo will receive during this process it will also provide a "sense of luxury" your clients will appreciate.

2 & 3-Dimensional
Custom woven emblems and 3-dimensional PVC emblems can produce detail and depth that is un-attainable in other processes. Woven emblems are produced similarly to embroidery. PVC emblems are created by producing molds into which liquid PVC is injected. For multiple colored PVC emblems, each color of liquid PVC is allowed to partially dry before additional colors are layered in. When all colors have been applied, the emblem is baked, and removed from the mold. The emblems are then sewn onto the fabric either with a running stitch or a satin stitch.
