Web Site Return Policy

Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund; exceptions are personalized or custom made items, and items purchased as closeouts or discontinued. Re-Stocking fee of $15.00 per item applies to any and all return orders, we will also deduct any shipping charges you did not pay when the item was shipped to you.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

  • Used items are protected by Korchmar against defects for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. After that time, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
  • You can return unused items sold by Korchmar for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.
  • Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges and a $15 per item restocking fee will be charged for all items that are not defective. Your credit will appear after Korchmar has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
  • Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.




5 Year Guarantee

Our 5 year guarantee is backed by our reputation ... both the strongest in the industry. Our main goal at Korchmar is to make you comfortable about your purchase, so relax because for 5 years following the date of purchase, Korchmar will repair or replace your item without charge with a similar item (at our option) if it is factory defective in either material or workmanship. In the unlikely event that a defect occurs: Send the piece with a brief explanation, your sales slip and return shipping information:

We will return it within six to eight weeks. (All claims must be processed directly through Korchmar, rather than the store where your piece was purchased.)
***Important Note: This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear; specifically excludes claims for any item other than the piece itself. Any common carrier (plane, train, ship, and bus) is solely responsible for damage to your business case incurred while in its possession. (KORCHMAR does not recommend ever checking business cases as luggage.) Examine your business case immediately after each trip. If it is damaged, submit a claim before leaving the terminal. (KORCHMAR will make every effort to repair damages due to misuse or accident at a moderate charge.) This guarantee does not cover scars, wrinkles, or minor scratches that are natural to all leathers.

All purchases of discontinued items and factory seconds sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
